Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer interactions, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth execution of projects related to digital signage solutions such as LED displays, kiosks, and video walls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Prepare and follow up on proposals for indoor/outdoor LED displays, digital kiosks, and touch solutions
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure timely updates and customer satisfaction
- Handle sales documentation including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Track sales orders from initiation to delivery and installation
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, installation) for project execution
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing support
- Monitor sales targets and prepare regular reports for management
- Resolve customer queries and ensure after-sales support coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or support roles (preferably in electronics/IT/digital signage industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of technical products like LED displays or digital systems is an added advantage
